Rates

All prices are per room, per night, including breakfast, based on two people sharing.  There are additional fees for a third person in the room.

€70 per night based on a couple sharing a room starting May 2018.   

 

We have connecting rooms which can be used for families or groups, please enquire about our special rate.  We also have a travel cot, highchair, and various baby/child items that can be borrowed.

Minimum Stay

2 night minimum stay.  Please call or email to enquire about one night stays during low seasons (October/November; March/April/May)

Occasionally one night stays may be available at quiet times so please do give us a call to check availability.

We are a family-friendly B&B located in a small hamlet.  At this time we cannot accommodate pets. All of our indoor areas are non-smoking.  Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

Deposit

A deposit equal to one night’s stay per room booked is required to guarantee a reservation.  

 

Cancellation

We are a small business and therefore cannot refund a deposit within 2 weeks before your stay.  

 

Payment Options

You may pay your deposit by credit card, Paypal, or bank transfer.

We accept cash for payment of the final balance.  If you would like to pay your balance via bank transfer we must receive the payment before you arrive.

Arrival & Departure Times

Check in between 16.00 & 20.00.  If you would like to arrive earlier or later, please make arrangements with us.

 

Check out by 11:0am on day of departure.

 

Breakfast

Our breakfast is Continental style, with fresh-baked goods made by Keith during your stay.  Tea, coffee, and juices are offered with a rotation of different pastries and croissants.  Cereal, jams, fruit, and yogurt are also part of the generous portions.  If you have special dietary requests, we appreciate advance notice.
