CIABATTA & FOCACCIA

Two classic Italian breads full of mediterranean flavor

Ciabatta needs time & some gentle kneading to produce this slipper loaf, I will guide you through the proceess

With focaccia you get to experiment with different combinations of flavors. Using virgin olive oil to give you that look.

CROISSANT & DANISH PASTRY

The breakfast pastries that we all love to eat.

Both pastries require layering of the butter, I will take you step by step through this process. 

Finally you will learn different designs to use with your danish & how to shape your croissant.

PUFF PASTRY & MILLE FEUILLE

1000 layers for our Mille feuille will be created by layering butter into our dough to form puff pastry.

You will learn how to make puff pastry & then from it construct your delicious desert.
