The village of Champagne Mouton is 3km from us and has a full service grocery store, gas station, a post office, several shops, pharmacy, and bar/café.

Nanteuil-en-Vallée is about 8km and boasts 2 lovely restaurants, an Abbey, and public gardens/park area.  It has been designated as one of the "petits cités de charactère" and is a beautiful village to visit.

Verteuil-sur-Charente is 10km from us and has a lovely Château in the middle of the village.  There are several restaurants and shops as well as a Moulin where the baker grinds his own flour.  You can relax at the Moulin de Verteuil restaurant or Vintage Café on the banks of the river Charente and take in the view.
